Ian brings his extensive industry knowledge in management consulting to Seabury Aviation Partners. With decades of experience in both advisory and aviation work Ian brings clients a unique balance of industry knowledge with creative strategic solutions. Ian Glover has a successful track record as trusted advisor and business partner. His extensive advisory experience across the global aerospace and aviation industry includes partnering with OEMs, airlines, MROs, and a range of industry investors. His focus at PVP was on helping clients achieve their goals and improve their outcomes in commercial aircraft, engine, and leasing transactions, as well as a variety of other strategic and operational challenges.​

Mr. Glover was a Senior Vice President and partner at Seabury Consulting where he helped build the practice over his 9-year tenure. He was responsible for securing and executing client engagements globally, supporting the Americas regional practice, and co-managing the Consulting practice’s New York head office. Prior to Seabury, Mr. Glover worked for Daimler as an internal consultant focused on developing and implementing a new dealer network strategy. ​
